About The Translation of Signs of Miraculousness

Signs of Miraculousness was originally composed in Arabic by Bediuzzaman Said Nursi. At Bediuzzaman's request, his brother, Abdulmecid Nursî, translated the work into Turkish, which was subsequently integrated into the Risale-i Nur Collection. Following Bediuzzaman's demise, Abdulkadir Badıllı, a prominent student of his, undertook the comprehensive translation of the entire Arabic text into Turkish for publication.

The English translations presented here correspond to the specific sections utilised within our thematic compilations. To ensure thematic consistency and ease of reference, these translations are cross-referenced with the pagination of Abdulkadir Badıllı’s Turkish translation. During the English translation process from the Arabic original, both Turkish renditions have been meticulously consulted as primary reference texts.
