Because one of the fundamental laws of Islam is the following noble âyah:

1 وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى

That is, one cannot be reprimanded or held accountable for the sins of another. Whereas, through the vein of racism, due to a crime of a man, a person supposes himself to possess the right to kill an innocent brother or relative, or even members of the tribe of that man. Then, not only would justice have failed, but it would also pave the way for extreme dhulm. For it is a fundamental law of Islam: "The rights of an innocent person cannot be sacrificed for the sake of a hundred cruel criminals." This matter we discussed here is a highly significant matter for the country and a perilous danger to the rule of Islam.

1 (No soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another.)
