بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ وَ الصَّلاَةُ وَ السَّلاَمُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ اَجْمَعِينَ

E) ON THE EXPLICIT INJUNCTIONS INTERPRETATIONS ARE NOT TO BE MADE

1- “...the creation of sharr is not sharr; rather the kasb of sharr is sharr, as the creation and bringing into existence look to the general results. Since the existence of sharr is an introduction to many results with khayr, the creation of that sharr becomes khayr and is equivalent to khayr concerning those results...

...Because the Mu'tazilites did not understand this mystery, they said: "The creation of sharr is sharr, and the creation of ugly, is ugly." And in order to exonerate Janâb-i Haqq, they did not attribute the creation of sharr to Him; they fell into dhalâlah. They wrongly interpreted a pillar of îmân which is وَبِا لْقَدَر خَيْرِهِ وَ شَرِّهِ 1 .” The Thirteenth Flash-7th Indication

2-to treat matters like the burning of kâfirs and munâfiqs in Jahannamfire, and the subjects of punishment and jihâd, as incompatible with personal compassion and to deviate by interpreting them; just as it is a denial and refutation of a major part of the Qur’an and revealed religions, it is also a great dhulm and extreme mercilessness.” Kastamonu Addendum (85)

2-a “As for Musa Bekûf, due to being excessively in favour of renewal and because of the concessions he made to modernity in respect of his ideas, he was very much in error. He corrupts some of the haqiqahs of Islam with his false interpretations.” The Flashes ( 371 )

2-b “The Qur'an of Miraculous Exposition describes the physical pleasures so explicitly (sarîh), it is impossible not to accept the apparent meaning, and to make forced interpretations of them.” The Rays ( 248 )

3-Unfair committee! The Qur'an of Miraculous Exposition has every century been the sacred, samâwi guide of three hundred and fifty million people, the programme of all their happiness, and the sacred treasury of the life of this world and the âkhirah. If it is possible to deny numerous of its sarîh âyahs, which do not bear interpretation, about the tasattur, inheritance, polygamy, dhikr of Allah, instruction in ‘ilm of religion and its dissemination, and the preservation of the shaâ’er, and to make guilty the crimes of all the Islamic mujtahids and all the Shaykhs al-Islam…” The Rays ( 428 )

4-Unlike the path of tarîqahs or other paths, The path of Risale-i Nur cannot be defeated. It has brought many obstinate people to îmân with its victories and has proven with the testimony of so many incidents that is a ma’nawî miracle of the Qur’an in this century. Events have given us the firm conviction that in this country, the service of religion outside the Risale-i Nur’s circle can be partial, minor and just individual scale, by working secretly in a defeated fashion, or by way of showing tolerance to bid’ahs, or through forced interpretations from amongst thousands of deliberate distortions (of primary sources).” Biography-509-510

5- “Another reason for the delay of Hazrat 'Ali's Khilâfah is the following: at the time of his Caliphate, the Muslim community, which had rapidly developed through the intermingling of many tribes and peoples, possessed such traits as reflected the opinions of the seventy-three groups that the Prophet ‘Alayhissalâtu Wassalâm had informed would evolve in due time. Therefore, in the time such fitnah events appeared, someone was then needed with the wondrous courage, farâsah of Hazrat 'Ali, someone having the force of the respected like Hashimites and the Âl al-bayt, so that he could resist the sedition. And indeed he did so, in a fashion conformable to the information of the Prophet, who had said to him: "I have fought for the revelation of the Qur'an; you will fight for its interpretation." The Letters ( 130 )
